Application & Enrollment

Enrollment for the 2026–27 school year is limited. Applications are open through March 31, 2026. After the application window closes, each submission will be thoughtfully reviewed to determine alignment with our program. Families who appear to be a strong fit will be invited to connect further and schedule a tour, with enrollment decisions shared by mid-April.

1. Get to Know Us

2. Submit an Application Form

Complete our application form below to help us get to know your family. This form is the first step for both microschool and enrichment applicants and helps us begin to understand your child’s unique strengths, needs, and what you’re looking for in a learning environment.

3. Connect and Explore

After submitting your application form, we’ll personally reach out using your preferred contact method to connect and answer any questions.

If it feels like a good initial fit, we’ll invite you and your child for an in-person tour to experience our learning environment firsthand. During the visit, children are encouraged to explore naturally, allowing for a brief, informal play-based observation to help us better understand fit and readiness.

4. Complete the Enrollment Agreement

After your tour, if we all feel confident that Willow & Wonder is the right fit, we’ll invite you to complete our Enrollment Agreement. This final step covers:

5. Enrollment Decision

Once we’ve reviewed your application and had a chance to connect, you’ll receive a decision via email. If accepted, we’ll send:

Enrollment confirmation
Tuition agreement and payment details
Family Handbook

Our Fit Philosophy

We do not provide structured intervention services at this time, such as therapy sessions, but support children through a relational, whole-child approach within the group setting. As we grow, we aim to expand our ability to meet a broader range of needs while staying true to our inclusive, developmentally appropriate model.
