At Willow & Wonder Academy, we provide a nurturing, play-based enrichment program for Pre-K through 2nd grade, focused on fostering curiosity and a love for learning. Our hands-on, child-led curriculum emphasizes the development of cognitive, social-emotional, communicative, adaptive, and physical skills, ensuring each child feels loved, safe, and supported as they explore and grow.

Like the willow tree, we encourage flexibility, resilience, and adaptability, supporting our children as they grow their roots in foundational skills that will sustain their lifelong journey of learning. Through connection, community, and a shared commitment to kindness, we build a foundation for each child to feel empowered and prepared for all the wonders that lie ahead.

Willow & Wonder Academy was born from a mother’s love and a teacher’s passion. When I became a mom, I made the decision to step away from public education to put my son first. After he was diagnosed with a rare disease, I knew I needed to create a learning environment that allowed me to be present for him while still following my passion for teaching.

What started as a personal journey blossomed into something bigger—a community where children are nurtured as whole individuals, encouraged to take ownership of their learning, and given the freedom to explore through hands-on discovery. I wanted to build a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn, just as I did for my own child.
